Then there are the silent ones...the diamonds in the rough who aren't
yet aware of how to polish themselves. We get to be with them in
a way that they begin to reveal their greatness to themselves and
shine beyond what they thought possible.

Professionally, Cindy has had over 25 years experience in management and sales in a number of businesses. In addition to her own organization, she has been a contributing factor in the growth of the companies she’s worked for as an employee or a profit center. Cindy has the innovation, vision and skill to create something from nothing.
An entrepreneur by nature, she has run her own businesses for over 15 years. A consummate learner and master teacher, she has been involved in transformational leadership training and coaching since the mid 1990’s. With her background in sales and relationship building, it became a natural evolution for Cindy to specialize in what she has evolved to – leaving the corporate world after 22 successful years in the financial services industry to start her own coaching and consulting company, Inspiring Insight, based in Eden Prairie, MN.
In addition to Cindy’s expertise as a Certified Effectiveness Coach, CEC, Inspiring Insight also offers progressive services by other certified coaches with extensive backgrounds in sales, marketing, branding, communications and leadership training. Inspiring Insight works with individuals, groups and businesses – anyone who is restless, in growth mode or transition of some kind, and most certainly “up to something”. Most of the consulting/presentation experiences offered by Inspiring Insight are customized from and by an extensive background of gifted colleagues.
In addition to volunteer involvement in several organizations, Cindy has been a faculty coach for Ideal Coaching’s “Coaching for Excellence” program and is Board Chair for the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce.
Personally, Cindy lives in Eden Prairie, MN, with one of her children still at home. Her multiple hobbies include reading, gardening and golf.
