Evolving
Those of you who have visited here before may be noticing a bit of a shift. Since 2002, our services were predominantly coaching related. Yes, we do that well and are privileged to serve the our fantastic clients.
As with nature, which continues to grow, change and expand upon itself, we are evolving, too. I don’t believe evolution “just happens”. I believe we all can design, guide and master change to effect what we choose to become.
With that in mind, we listened to ongoing requests from you. It’s imperative to us that we provide the greatest impact and value with offerings and experiences that are just right for you. In addition to longer term coaching programs that create sustainable change, we’ve also been asked for more focused, short-term strategies for issue-specific challenges.
To honor what you are asking for, I’m excited to be offering our newest program, Insight and Illumination™, a solution-based ideation experience.
Most people who check us out are “up to something”…or they may even define it as “up against something”. Metaphorically, I believe the first place to look when you are seeking a solution is in the mirror. You already have your answers. If what you are seeking is not blatantly obvious in your reflection, you may choose to consider another set of eyes. We have very good vision.
